- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data architecture, and software development
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in managing IT budgets and creating strategic IT plans
- Ability to drive digital transformation and implement modern IT systems
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
