Who you are
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/-in, Mediamatiker/-in oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Supportbereich und/oder Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Unternehmenssoftware
- Grundwissen in den Bereichen Cloud und CRM sind von Vorteil
Your tasks
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen
- Pflege der Support-Wissensdatenbank
- Protokollierung der Arbeitsschritte im CRM-System
- Analyse der Problemstellung und Beschaffung relevanter Informationen
